When the plot starts, he is raising capital of $10 million to complete this dream project. After ten years went by, he not only finished this project but many more. We learn the valuable lesson of how hard work, dedication, and skill, along with working with the right team, you can do much with little. While working on this project, he marries the woman of his dreams. They have children. And they witness the strong ethics and zeal for success within their children. It is an outstanding read.
